In Colossians 3:1 we find these words that Paul wrote to the Christians in Colosse: “Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.”  It is a simple charge to those "raised up with Christ" to keep seeking the things above where Christ is. Here at the Mt. Vernon church of Christ we are continually striving to seek Christ by Seeking the Things Above!
